Resource Showcase

The resource showcase will be open for the duration of each conference.  It aims to give educators the opportunity to share all the amazing home grown material they've designed supporting wellbeing promotion. 

Come along, bring your pdfs, your workbooks, diaries, student videos (on a laptop), lesson plans, posters, strengths cards and other materials to share and discuss with others.

Non profit exhibitors

If you are a registered delegate and work in a school, university or non profit organisation there is a small charge of $100 + GST to book a table at each resource showcase. 
Applications can be made subject to availability by emailing the Event Manager, Mandy Train.

Commercial exhibitors

Commercial organisation's or organisations showcasing products or services for sale to the education sectors are welcome to participate in the Resource Showcase.  To apply for a space please email the Event Manager, Mandy Train.

The participation fee is $1,250 + GST and this includes the following benefits:-

- one complimentary conference registration, including daily catering 

- one trestle table, two chairs and a free standing Velcro sensitive board (if required)

- one additional ticket for a team member or assistant during catering breaks to assist in staffing the stand (does not include entry to conference sessions)

- acknowledgement as a resource showcase table top in the conference handbook provided to all delegates


Terms and conditions and cancellation policy

Please note there is a limited number of tables available and these will be allocated on a first in basis. 

Resource Showcase tables can set up on Thursday 2 April 8am - 10.30am with packout out on Friday 3pm after lunch from 1.30pm. All items must be removed by 4pm Friday. Resource showcase participants must agree to these time frames when applying.

All cancellations must be in writing to Conference Innovators. Commercial organisations cancelling their table site will receive a full refund less $100 up to 14 February. Cancellations received between 15 February – 15 March 50% refund. After 15 March no refunds except at the discretion of the WENZ Committee. Refunds will be processed in the month immediately following the conference
